REIDsteel design and construct grandstands and bleachers for Football, Rugby, Hockey and all other ball sports. Grandstands for these sports are usually long - about 100-114m; or short - about 70m. We can also make them shorter and ready for extension. It is normally better to have a shorter deeper grandstand than a long thin one as more atmosphere is generated in a compact group of spectators. Given the choice, in the Northern hemisphere, it is better to develop the South West Stand as the main stand. Most of the wind and rain comes from there, and the sun is not in the spectator's eyes if games are played in the afternoon. Other stands are developed as the need for seats arises. The expensive and un popular corner fill-ins are a last resort. REIDsteel can make stands for 200 spectators right up to the biggest stands. We can make complete stadiums. The maximum for a complete football stadium is about 115,000 seats. We can make the corner in fills, with seats, balconies, vertical grandstanding.
