An Arena or Stadium can be covered with a sliding roof, if designed as an entity. It has no need to be unrealistically expensive.

REIDsteel can design and construct covered Arenas or Stadiums with sliding cover, usually but not restricted to 100m by 65m, over a stadium size of about 200m by 130m.
